PRENATAL VISITS

From our initial meeting all the way through your pregnancy and delivery, I take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs. I’m always available to contact by phone/email throughout and will provide everything you require to make sure your experience is as calm and positive as possible.
PREGNANCY GUIDANCE
Offering Support
After beginning our relationship with a meet and greet, I am committed to your health and the wellbeing of your growing family, available whenever needed throughout your entire pregnancy as well as after giving birth. I will be there to provide you with continuous emotional and physical support, and answer any questions you may have.
BIRTHING GUIDANCE

I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby. I will also educate you and provide invaluable information during your pregnancy. Knowledge is power!
POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
Compassionate
Get extra personal support throughout the entirety of your birthing journey. As a Doula, I promise to offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during, and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and offer anything needed, even into your postpartum period.
ABOUT ME
I am a birth and postpartum doula. I hold Holistic Birth and Postpartum Doula certifications through The Matrona and I am also Bradley Childbirth educated. I have been passionate about natural, physiological childbirth since the birth of my first son. I am excited to share my first hand experience and knowledge of natural births and breastfeeding with families.
I am a calm, steady and encouraging presence to each family I support. I will work with you during pregnancy to answer questions, share resources for education and provide emotional and physical support for both you and your partner throughout your entire labor and delivery.
I truly believe in the natural process of birth and that a woman’s body knows instinctually how to birth. I am a believer in the process of evidence-based birth and trust that each of us hold the knowledge and wisdom within ourselves to birth our baby and make decisions surrounding this transformative time. Sometimes we just need a little reassurance along the way!

Birth and Postpartum Care Package

Postpartum care of 15 hours scheduled over 2 weeks that includes:
* Transitioning to parenthood * Helping you have a great start to breastfeeding * Settling in and learning about how to care for your baby * Help around the house * Light meal preparation* Referrals for local resources to help meet your needs
$35 PER HOUR
Postpartum Doula Services
*Complimentary first consultation *4-20 hours of postpartum doula service
What I Will Do: * Care for baby so parents may shower, nap, spend time w/older children * Assist with newborn care * Offer encouragement in learning to read baby's cues for eating/sleeping * Breastfeeding support * Help with emotional and physical recovery * Light housekeeping: laundry, dishes, floor sweeping, pet care * Light meal preparation* Referrals for local resources to help meet your needs
